VP of Operations and Delivery

POSITION SUMMARY FUNDINGO is hiring a VP of Operations & Delivery to lead the execution of our client implementations and managed-services portfolio. This is a hands-on player-coach role for an experienced Professional Services or implementation leader. You will oversee project health, capacity planning, delivery processes, team performance, and client escalations while remaining close enough to the work to step into at-risk engagements when needed. As FUNDINGO takes on larger and more complex customers, this leader will bring greater structure, accountability, and predictability to delivery—building processes that support growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
