About the Role As Associate Director / Director, you will provide strategic leadership across client engagements, business development and Practice Area growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies, lead high-impact consulting engagements and drive revenue opportunities. You will also strengthen team capabilities, thought leadership and consulting excellence. Responsibilities Strategic Client Advisory: Advise senior stakeholders on market trends, competitive positioning, business challenges and growth opportunities. Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships and contribute to revenue targets. Growth Consulting: Lead executive Growth Dialogues and apply Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Pipeline Engine (GPE) to identify and accelerate client growth.
