Training Manager Job Description The Training Manager assists in the development, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation for R/BTs, BCBAs, and Licensed Psychologists, ensuring a supportive and comprehensive onboarding experience across all staff levels. The Training Manager must effectively coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new hires have any necessary training from other Frontera departments (e.g., people operations, product, engineering, clinical operations, payor operations, etc.).
