BCBA - Parent-Implemented ABA Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, caregiver-mediated ABA services. This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful progress in their child’s natural environment. This BCBA will partner closely with families to model, coach, and reinforce evidence-based strategies in real time. The role may also contribute to innovative service delivery models, including digital tools and asynchronous supports, to enhance caregiver engagement and continuity of care.
