About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a US-based commercial real estate brokerage team with marketing, research, listing management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working with digital tools, enjoys organizing information, and can use AI tools to work more efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You’ll help prepare marketing materials, manage online listings, research properties and market information, organize documents, and support the team with a variety of operational tasks. You don’t need to come from a real estate background to be successful in this role. We’re open to candidates with experience in virtual assistance, marketing coordination, administrative support, research, data management, or similar roles.
