This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by adjusting the most complex construction defect claims in the company’s inventory and assisting in establishing the best and most cost-effective strategy for handling this claim type. Investigates, evaluates and brings to timely resolution an inventory of the most complex construction defect claims in the company’s inventory of which most are litigated and may involve large projects in accordance with established claim handling standards and applicable state regulations and laws. Understands construction defect coverage issues and handles complex coverage issues related to sub-contractors
