This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by adjusting an inventory of low to moderately complex general liability claims and assisting in establishing the best and most cost-effective strategy for handling this type of claim. Investigates, evaluates and brings to timely resolution an inventory of low to moderately complex general liability claims of which some are litigated and may involve large property damage, bodily injury, inland marine and a sub- set of construction defect type claims in accordance with established claim handling standards and applicable state regulations and laws.
