The Opportunity This is a highly visible leadership role within our Global HRIS organisation, responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform supporting employees across more than 40 countries. You'll lead a globally distributed team while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure our SuccessFactors landscape remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
