Sr. Feasibility Lead - FSP

Fortrea is hiring a Sr. Feasibility Lead to join our FSP team! Remote US Job Overview: The Senior Global Feasibility Lead will play an integral role in operational strategy and planning in the pre-award space through participation in strategy development conversations, robust primary and secondary data collection and analysis, and development of feasibility and site selection strategies. In addition, the Senior Global Feasibility Lead will be responsible for managing high profile, large, global feasibility projects, working closely with representatives within the company to deliver robust feasibility reports to our customers. The Senior Global Feasibility Lead will transition the site selection strategy to operations in the post-award space by handing over relevant pre-award findings to the site selection team. As a more experienced member of the team, the Senior Global Feasibility Lead will develop and lead planning and development for system-related capabilities, process development, and change initiatives within Feasibility, alongside training opportunities for departmental requirements and any other subjects that impact on feasibility conduct. The position may have line management and/or mentorship responsibilities for junior team members, and they will act as an SME for feasibility related questions.
