FinOps Analyst – Infrastructure & Technology Level: P16 Role Summary The FinOps Analyst will support financial management and cost optimization across Infrastructure and Technology. This role will provide visibility into infrastructure spend, identify savings opportunities, manage forecasts and budgets, and coordinate financial activities related to cloud hosting, software and tools, contractor renewals, CAPEX/OPEX and purchase orders. The role will work closely with Infrastructure, CloudOps, Engineering, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve cost visibility, strengthen financial governance, and ensure technology investments are planned and managed effectively. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Cloud Cost Management Monitor and analyze infrastructure and cloud hosting costs across environments and platforms. Develop monthly reporting on actual spend, forecast, budget, and cost variances. Identify cost optimization and savings opportunities such as unused or underutilized resources, capacity optimization, storage optimization, and commitment opportunities. Track identified savings initiatives through implementation and validate realized savings. Help establish cost allocation, tagging, and ownership practices to improve infrastructure cost visibility. Support infrastructure teams with cost analysis for architectural and capacity decisions.
