HR & AI Systems Architect

Role Overview The HR & AI Systems Architect is a senior technical leadership role responsible for shaping and evolving Fortive ’s HR technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of HR Technology (Engineering & Platform), this position sits at the intersection of HR systems, enterprise integration, and AI innovation, leading architecture decisions across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, LMS platforms, and the broader IT landscape. This role is the primary technical authority for HR platform architecture — defining how systems connect, how AI augments HR workflows, and how data flows reliably across the enterprise. The architect partners closely with HR Product Owners, IT/Enterprise Architecture, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions that support Fortive ’s operating companies and HR functions globally.
