Director of Product, EQA

Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) is seeking a Director of Product to lead and scale a high-performing product organization responsible for both defining the future of our portfolio growth investments and delivering strong in-market performance today. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of hardware and software products in the healthcare equipment quality assurance market. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Planners to ensure clear decisions on what to build, when to build it, and how to win in-market. You will operate at both the strategic and business operations level, balancing long-term growth strategy with near-term results and influencing key stakeholders across the organization.
