Corporate Controller We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the company's global accounting and financial reporting function. Reporting to the CFO, this role is accountable for the performance, quality, and continuous improvement of multiple related accounting teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support business objectives. The Corporate Controller plays a critical leadership role in developing departmental plans, aligning resources to organizational priorities, and driving operational excellence across the accounting function. The position requires a strong balance of technical accounting expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen, with decisions guided by corporate strategy, resource availability, and functional plans. What You'll Do Lead the Global Accounting Function Provide leadership to managers and professional staff across multiple accounting areas (e.g., AP/AR, GL, and consolidations) Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes are accurate and on time Oversee global accounting operations, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational objectives Financial Reporting & Compliance Own the preparation and delivery of internal and external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and tax requirements across jurisdictions Lead the external audit process and maintain strong relationships with auditors and
