Salesforce Certified Consultant – Public Sector / Government Cloud

SUMMARY FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Certified Consultant with strong expertise supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud initiatives. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical resources to design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform knowledge with consultative business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution configuration, and process optimization capabilities. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with operational goals, compliance requirements, and user experience expectations within regulated Public Sector environments. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, business process expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to work effectively within Agile consulting teams. This is a remote project supporting a Public Sector / Government Cloud initiative, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
