Social Media Manager

This is a remote position. This is a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager role responsible for managing social media initiatives across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising, audience growth, and campaign performance. This is not an entry-level position. The role collaborates closely with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to support brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels Create compelling social media content, campaign messaging, and ad copy tailored to target audiences Manage audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting initiatives Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, conversions, and return on investment Conduct testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement Manage multiple campaigns and social initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging social media best practices
