Senior Bookkeeper

This is a senior-level bookkeeping position responsible for managing day-to-day financial records, maintaining accurate accounting data, and supporting the overall financial operations of a business. The role works closely with business owners, finance leaders, accountants, and operational teams to ensure financial information is accurate, organized, and up to date. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Monitor cash flow, outstanding balances, and account discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities Support month-end and year-end closing processes Coordinate with accountants, tax profe
