Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) – Requirements Analysis & Software Projects

Full-time | Remote possible | 4,700–5,800 Euros gross per month A client wants to automate a workflow. Before our developers get started, it must be clear how the process works today, what needs to be improved, and how we can recognize a good solution. At Flow Factor, you will take charge of this clarification together with our clients. You will work directly with our clients and our development team. We support medium-sized companies in German-speaking regions with process automation and the use of AI. Your task is to turn customer requests into concrete, coordinated requirements and to professionally support their implementation. Your Responsibilities You conduct interviews and workshops with clients to understand goals, processes, and problems. You analyze existing processes, involved systems, and data flows, and propose practicable improvements. You formulate requirements, coordinate priorities with the client and development team, and define the scope and acceptance criteria. You discuss requirements with our developers, clarify technical questions, and jointly evaluate feasibility. You make the impact of change requests transparent and ensure that decisions are documented. You accompany the implementation, check results, and guide clients through demonstrations and technical acceptance.
