Process Consultant Digitalization & Automation (m/f/d)

Description We are looking for a consultant to analyze processes together with our clients, identify optimization potential, and develop concrete technical solutions based on those insights. You are the central interface between the client and development: you understand what the client truly needs, translate that into a viable architecture, and ensure the final implementation delivers genuine value. Your responsibilities: Conducting process analyses together with the client – gathering requirements, understanding as-is processes, and identifying potentials; Designing fitting solutions: from the idea and architecture to a feasible implementation plan; Setting technical and architectural specifications for development as well as managing and controlling the implementation; Project management – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and on target; Continuously developing your clients and expanding partnerships – ensuring Flow Factor is perceived as a strategic partner; Serving as the link between the client and the development team – translating in both directions and keeping both sides on track.
