About the Role

Description: We are looking for an Automation Engineer to actually build our solutions: from automated workflows to AI agents that handle real work for clients. You will translate our consultants' concepts into robust, maintainable automations—while contributing your own ideas on how to make things faster, more stable, and smarter. If you enjoy tinkering, think analytically, and are excited about bringing AI and automation to life in practice, you've come to the right place! Your responsibilities: Implementation of automation workflows based on our consultants' specifications (e.g., using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar). Development and integration of AI agents and LLM-based solutions (prompting, APIs, integration with client systems). Connecting third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and interfaces. Testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing automations—ensuring everything runs reliably. Technical documentation of the solutions built. Close collaboration with consultants—providing feedback on technical feasibility and co-creating solutions. About Flow Factor: At Flow Factor, we work every day to deliver real value to medium-sized businesses in the DACH region through process automation and AI agents—pragmatically, result-oriented, and without unnecessary overhead. With us, everyone gets the opportunity to develop further and take on responsibility. We are a small, high-performing team—no corporate politics, just direct communication.
