Junior Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) – Requirements Analysis & Software Projects

Full-time | Remote possible | 4,000–4,700 euros gross per month Do you want to understand how businesses operate and design better workflows from that? At Flow Factor, you help our clients make their requirements for digital solutions tangible. You will work directly with our clients and our development team. We support medium-sized enterprises in German-speaking regions with process automation and the use of AI. For our developers to build the right solution, they need someone who listens, asks the right questions, and documents the results clearly. That is exactly where you come in. Your Responsibilities You clarify goals and requirements in client meetings and record open questions and decisions. You map existing workflows: Who completes which step? Which systems are used? Where do bottlenecks or duplicate work occur? You prepare requirements for our developers, such as process descriptions, user stories, or traceable lists of acceptance criteria. You clarify follow-up questions with clients and the development team and keep documentation up to date. You test implemented features against agreed-upon requirements and support client meetings and acceptance testing. You take ownership of specific domains and expand your responsibilities as you gain experience.
