Junior IT Consultant (m/f/d) – Process Automation & Client Consulting

Full-time | Remote possible | 4,000–4,700 euros gross per month Do you want to understand how companies work and develop better workflows from that? At Flow Factor, you help our clients make their requirements for digital solutions tangible. You will work directly with our clients and our development team. We support medium-sized enterprises in German-speaking regions with process automation and the application of AI. In order for our developers to build the right solution, they need someone who listens, asks questions, and writes down the results clearly. This is precisely where you come in. Your Responsibilities You clarify goals and requirements in client meetings and record open questions and decisions. You map existing workflows: Who performs which step? Which systems are used? Where do waiting times or duplicate work occur? You prepare requirements for our developers, such as through workflow descriptions, user stories, or traceable acceptance criteria lists. You clarify follow-up questions with clients and the development team and keep the documentation up to date. You test implemented features against agreed requirements and assist with client meetings and sign-offs. You take ownership of specific topic areas and expand your responsibilities as you gain experience.
