Job Title: Manager, Engineering - Flickr Job Level: M2 Location: Remote, within approved U.S. states (see below) How software gets built at Flickr is changing, and this role is central to that change. Our engineers spend their time specifying problems precisely, setting constraints, directing agentic tools, and verifying what comes back. If that’s already how you work, you’ll recognize this job immediately. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll own the team responsible for the experience Flickr members have every day: the native apps, groups and community, privacy and moderation tooling, and the quality of the product people already pay for. You’ll partner with a dedicated product manager, and you’ll be accountable both for what your team delivers and for helping your engineers adopt a new way of working. Compensation: Awesome is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $181,000-$209,100. This position is also remote-friendly, and as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Various factors, such as defined competency leveling and geographic location, will determine the final compensation for this role.
