Legal Operations and Compliance Associate

Job Title: Legal Operations and Compliance Associate Job Level: IC3 Location: Remote, within approved U.S. states (see below) Awesome is the parent company behind SmugMug, Flickr , and Awesome Events, and this is the first dedicated Legal Operations and Compliance Associate role on the team. You'll work directly with the Legal Team across three distinct brands, managing contracts, supporting IP and compliance efforts, coordinating with outside counsel, and helping build the operational systems that keep a lean legal department running efficiently. The work is varied: you might be processing a vendor agreement for SmugMug in the morning, coordinating a trademark renewal for Flickr in the afternoon, and routing a sponsorship contract for Awesome Events before the end of day. The team is small enough that your contributions are visible immediately, and you'll have room to grow into the legal ops side of the role by helping select and implement a CLM platform and shaping how legal intake and workflows function across the company. Compensation: Awesome is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $92,495-$142,300. This position is fully remote, and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location where the position is filled.
