Position Title Mortgage Finance Banking Relationship Manager Sr Location Nationwide, MI 48098 Job Summary The Mortgage Finance Banking Relationship Manager Sr is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial banking clients encompassing both Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) and Mortgage Warehouse Lending. The portfolio includes both bilateral and syndicated credit facilities. This role ensures strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue growth. This role combines proactive relationship management with new business development, while ensuring compliance with credit, legal, and regulatory requirements. The Mortgage Banking Finance Relationship Manager Sr partners closely with internal teams to manage risk and implement strategies that meet organizational goals in a disciplined, credit-appropriate manner. Job Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned commercial clients to maximize satisfaction and revenue Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury Management, Operations, Legal, Credit) to protect and expand existing business. Oversee invoicing, revenue collection, and documentation processes, including renewals and terminations. Monitor portfolio credit quality, review financials and take or recommend appropriate actions.
