Position Overview Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Travel: Some expected Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking an energetic Technical Program Manager to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This position serves as the single point of accountability for 5SRC’s performance under the contract, overseeing all 110 FTE positions across CONUS, OCONUS, and permanent telework locations. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. Essential Functions Manages staffing, deliverables, and overall program performance across the full network of 99 support locations. Serves as primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) to ensure labor category compliance, reporting, and contract performance. Provides Government leadership with Monthly Progress Reporting on status of program performance. Ensures compliance with position vacancy, Compensation Commitment Plan, and productive-hours requirements. Coordinates transition-in activities and sustain no-break performance into the base period. Required Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, team leadership, or contract administration.
