Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options. Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process. Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training. Requirements Required Qualifications Availability to work evenings. Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
