To support collaboration, enablement, and operational alignment, periodic travel is required. The successful candidate will be expected to travel to Business Development Representative (BDR) Centers of Excellence, including Jacksonville, Florida and London, United Kingdom, at least quarterly. Additional domestic and international travel may be required based on business needs. About the role: The Operations & Enablement Analyst supports pod-level execution across the Business Development Representative organization. This role partners with BDR managers and teams to improve performance visibility, tool adoption, process consistency, and operational readiness. You'll conduct KPI and trend analysis, create enablement and documentation resources, support training on tools and processes, and help managers identify opportunities to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and execution consistency.
