About the Role The Representative Sr. Lead, Fund Administration serves as a senior accounting and client service leader responsible for the administration of complex private equity fund structures. In this role, you will oversee fund-level accounting, financial reporting, investor allocations, waterfall calculations, and year-end reporting while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee the accounting and administration of complex private equity, closed-end, and alternative investment fund structures. Review and approve fund-level financial reporting packages, investor capital statements, and audited financial statements. Lead year-end reporting and audit processes, serving as the primary liaison for auditors, clients, and other external stakeholders. Perform and review carried interest, waterfall allocation, management fee, capital call, and distribution calculations. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and client relationship management while supporting onboarding, process improvements, and system enhancements.
