Agents can work with over 130 carriers, selling various insurance policies, including home, auto, small business, and more. The Role: First Connect is looking for an Account Manager focused and responsible for the growth and increase in production of already onboarded agents. In this role you will be increasing the agent’s knowledge and understanding of appointed carriers to drive additional production. The Account Manager will also need to be well versed in P&C insurance with an in-depth understanding of the industry. You will be vital in the growth initiatives of working with Agents to drive consistent production and incremental policy gains through building agency relationships and a detail-oriented view on training best practices with your assigned agents.
