As part of our infrastructure, FinSet provides clients with access to our gateway and orchestration platform, which connects merchants to multiple payment providers through a centralized integration. The Role We are looking for a Technical Onboarding & Payments Support Specialist to own the technical support side of our client journey—from initial gateway integration and sandbox testing through launch and ongoing live processing. You will be the primary technical point of contact for our merchants and will sit between the client’s technical team, FinSet , our gateway/orchestration technology provider, and the PSPs and acquirers connected to the merchant. This is not a copy-and-paste support role . We need someone who can understand a technical problem, investigate it, communicate clearly with developers, work through API documentation, and attempt to solve issues independently before escalating them to our technology partners.
