Mid-Level Systems Analyst (Payroll Loan Squad)

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the Product and Technology Squad at Fineasy Tech. You will be part of a team that develops modern, scalable, and high-performance solutions, contributing to products that intelligently connect technology and business. Act in the analysis, evolution, and implementation of financial systems and solutions, understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for implementation; Possess a critical mindset, analyzing incidents and problems, supporting root cause identification, and contributing to the stability and availability of solutions; Identify and propose continuous improvements in systems and processes, evaluating existing functionalities, integrations, and evolution opportunities in conjunction with business, product, and technology areas; Contribute to delivery quality by supporting the definition of acceptance criteria, functional and technical validations, approvals, and implementation monitoring; Prepare and maintain updated functional and technical documentation of systems, covering requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, and other necessary information for their evolution and maintenance. Experience or knowledge in financial/banking segment systems, preferably in credit products, customer journeys, etc.
