Senior Controller (m/w/d) Brokerage

As a Senior Controller (m/w/d) Brokerage, you will take on a central role in the financial management and further development of our brokerage business. You are the central contact person and strategic business partner for our brokerage business as well as the Marketing & Product departments. You analyze economic developments, identify optimization potential, and support management with sound recommendations for action. In doing so, you will work closely with Accounting, Data, and operational business units, and sustainably help shape our controlling processes. Your Responsibilities Business Partnering Brokerage You financially support our brokerage business and act as a sparring partner to management. You are responsible for monthly performance and contribution margin analyses for our trading and non-trading business. You analyze key drivers such as the customer funnel (KYC to repeat trade), trading activity, revenue streams, and net interest income.
