Our ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. Our Construction Success Managers work closely with clients, advising and guiding them through successful platform implementations, training, workflow consultancy, and ongoing engagement programs that ensure customer satisfaction and the expansion of their Fieldwire account. What you will do You will use your experience as a construction professional to develop and advise on client processes, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. As a Fieldwire product and training expert, you will work to understand your accounts' business goals and help clients get the most out of Fieldwire. When implementing, training, and supporting your client portfolio, you will apply the same mindset you used when managing construction projects: removing obstacles and moving processes forward.
