What impact you’ll make: This is a position on the FP&A team within the One Field Services (OFS) organization of the Gas Power Global Services business, reporting into the OFS FP&A Leader. The OFS FP&A Manager runs the strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical agenda for the NAM field services P&L — executing the global frameworks and metrics in-region to give NAM leadership a clear, forward-looking view of performance. Partnering with regional Operations and FP&A leader, controllership, service line teams, and HQ, the role connects field services cost visibility, productivity, and the Hoshin initiatives to NAM financial outcomes and rolls consolidated insight up to the OFS FP&A Leader. It requires an in-depth understanding of the business and cost drivers and of how NAM performance connects to the wider Global Services financials.
