Your Responsibilities: SD Processes & Optimization: Support, further development, and optimization of SAP SD processes (Order-to-Cash) for the group and its country subsidiaries. SD Specialist & Technology: Role as an SD specialist with technical responsibility in the SAP SD / Integration area. Requirement Management: Analysis, conception, and implementation of requirements from the business departments. EDI & Partner Integration: Support and further development of EDI interfaces to customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers. SAP & Non-SAP Integration: Conception and implementation of integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems via the SAP Integration Suite (BTP / CPI). Changes, Projects, Rollouts: Management and support of changes, projects, and international rollouts in the SAP environment. Support & Incident Management: Error analysis as well as incident and problem management in 2nd and 3rd level support. Standards & Architecture: Definition of standards, best practices, and system architecture in the SD environment. Governance & Compliance: Ensuring governance, quality, documentation, and CSV requirements in regulated SD-related systems. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international teams.
