Your Responsibilities: Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for SAP key users and end users in accordance with the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as cross-functional inquiries Analysis, prioritization, and sustainable resolution of incidents and service requests Supporting the SAP Basis team with system monitoring, SAP user management, and other operational tasks Ensuring stable and efficient SAP operations through structured error analysis and continuous optimization Creation, maintenance, and further development of documentation and manuals to promote know-how transfer Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers Your Profile: Completed IT education or comparable advanced training Sound practical experience as an SAP module consultant or support specialist in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, especially in the MM and SD modules Knowledge of the retail environment is an advantage Very good written and spoken German; other national languages are a plus Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a strong service and customer orientation Proactive, target-group-appropriate communication with various stakeholder groups High level of personal responsibility
