Staff Engineer - Senior

You will work on digital products in production — mobile and web — within a financial ecosystem with an active user base and continuous delivery cycles. The team maintains React Native applications and web interfaces in React/Vue, with a focus on quality, performance, and low regression risk. Develop and evolve features in React Native (iOS and Android) and web applications using React; Participate in the entire development cycle, including technical refinement, implementation, code review, and releases; Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring adequate coverage for critical application flows; Contribute to architecture decisions and development best practices alongside the squad; Identify improvement opportunities and continuously reduce technical debt; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a distributed development environment. Mandatory: 3+ years of experience with React Native and/or React in a production environment; Mastery of TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and development best practices; Experience with unit testing using Jest and Testing Library; Solid knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and state management; Experience with Git, participation in code reviews, and collaborative work; Ability to work simultaneously on mobile and web projects.
