Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are looking for a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to work dedicatedly on a PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC) solution project, participating from the initial implementation phase to subsequent support and evolution in production. The focus of the position is to implement and configure the Ping AIC tool, develop scripts, perform troubleshooting, and build identity integrations, especially those requiring customizations beyond the product's out-of-the-box features. Build, configure, and homologate the Ping AIC platform environment. Test Ping AIC integrations with corporate applications and platforms of the client and its partners. Ensure continuous operation, stability, evolutionary maintenance, and advanced-level support for integrations after Go-Live. Implement and troubleshoot adaptive onboarding journeys, passwordless login, MFA, SSO, secure account recovery, and organization management through delegated administration. Develop and sustain integrations using REST APIs, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and advanced security standards (FAPI 2.0, PAR, RAR, PKCE, mTLS, JWK-based Proof-of-Possession, and Dynamic Client Registration - DCR for partners and AI/MCP agents). Investigate and resolve complex integration issues involving the IAM platform, applications, and integrated systems. Build and maintain custom and non-standard integrations.
