About the Role As a Project Manager, you will own a portfolio of client school implementations end-to-end: from initial scope sign-off through to final project handover. Establishing new processes, migrating years of curriculum data, or rolling out software solutions is a major transition for any school. You will serve as the trusted, single point of contact guiding schools through this journey. You will translate complex client needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams, manage detailed implementation schedules, and maintain regular in-person and virtual communication to ensure smooth, successful project rollouts. What You’ll Be Responsible For End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of assigned client projects, ensuring documented scopes are delivered cleanly from kickoff to formal project closure. Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for school leaders, understanding their goals deeply enough to guide strategic decisions and navigate change. Technical & Business Translation: Bridge the gap between school leaders and internal technical services teams, translating educational needs into technical requirements and technical details into plain language.
