The HR Lead will own all aspects of Human Resources, People Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, and Employee Relations,. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and enjoys building scalable processes while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership. Reports to: Chief of Staff Location: Remote (U.S.) Responsibilities: Lead all onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support. Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analyses. Own equity administration and equity planning processes. Manage annual compensation review cycles and salary adjustments. Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships. Manage and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including establishment and administration of a 401(k) committee. Serve as system administrator for HRIS platforms and related people systems. M
