Data Scientist - Corporate

Develop and maintain statistical and Machine Learning models applied to business problems, contributing to the generation of insights and high-impact analytical solutions. Work autonomously throughout the complete data science lifecycle, from exploration to deployment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting operational and tactical decisions based on structured and unstructured data. Develop, train, and validate predictive and descriptive models, applying statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and trends relevant to the business. Translate business requirements and problems into objective analytical questions, proposing appropriate technical approaches and executing solutions autonomously. Support Data Engineering in structuring, transforming, and cleaning data, ensuring quality and integrity in the datasets used for the models. Document the lifecycle of developed models, recording logic, assumptions, versions, parameters, and validation results to ensure reproducibility and traceability. Monitor the performance and accuracy of deployed models, identifying the need for adjustments or retraining to maintain their relevance and efficacy. Develop dashboards and data visualizations, facilitating the communication of analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Define and track performance metrics for analytical solutions, contributing to alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
