Principal Engineer – GenAI Platform (Brazil Based Only)

We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our GenAI Platform team, leading the construction of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions at enterprise scale. This position will play a fundamental role in defining technical standards, architecture, governance, and operational excellence for LLM-based solutions, working directly with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to transform complex challenges into high-impact products. If you combine deep experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI with a hands-on, results-oriented approach, this is an opportunity to influence AI strategy in a global organization. Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions in corporate and regulated environments. Define scalable architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, guardrails, and model routing strategies. Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance standards for Generative AI applications. Work directly with product and business teams to transform needs into production-ready solutions. Develop frameworks, reusable components, templates, and best practices that can be adopted by multiple teams. Conduct technical reviews, support architectural decisions, and act as a technical reference for engineers and data scientists. Ensure alignment with Responsible AI requirements, information security, compliance, and model risk management. Promote knowledge transfer.
