In this role, you will run proprietary collection software, execute structured test plans, and perform exploratory testing to ensure seamless performance across target environments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in PC hardware and basic networking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate clear, actionable bug reports in written English. Responsibilities Software Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain collection and QA software on personal hardware that meets target operational specifications. Test Execution: Perform structured test plans alongside ad-hoc exploratory QA before and during data collection runs. Issue Reproduction & Logging: Identify and reproduce bugs, gather necessary crash logs and screenshots, and write clear, step-by-step reproduction instructions. Communication & Escalation: Document and report findings concisely via Slack in written English, escalating critical issues to team leads as appropriate.
