What You’ll Do Shipment Processing: Initiate shipment requests and create shipment records in CargoWise. Air Waybill Documentation: Prepare and send draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for review and processing. Shipment Documentation: Prepare and send required shipment documents, including on-hand reports and shipment photos. Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment movements and update shipment statuses throughout the shipping process. Arrival and Customs Coordination: Prepare arrival notices and coordinate customs release for shipments with no identified issues. Delivery Follow-Up: Track shipments through final delivery and follow up on outstanding movement or delivery updates. Billing: Process shipment billing after completion and ensure relevant shipment records are properly documented. What You Need Experience in air freight operations, international logistics, or freight forwarding. Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems. Understanding of air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), and shipment processing. Knowledge of import and export shipment workflows, including customs clearance and final delivery coordination. Strong attention to detail when handling shipment records, documentation, tracking updates, and billing. Good communication and coordination skills when following up on shipment status and deliv
