Lead Assistant Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & AI Developer to design and scale enterprise data and AI solutions focused on Agentic AI, Data Quality Automation, and Data Modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build AI agents and multi-agent solutions • Develop agentic workflows and LLM integrations • Implement data quality, classification, lineage, and governance solutions • Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data platforms • Support cloud-based data modernization programs • Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams Required Qualifications 8+ years in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Software Development • Strong Python and SQL expertise Experience with Agentic AI and LLM applications • Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP • Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance experience • CI/CD and Agile delivery experience Desired Candidate Profile Hands-on developer with expertise across AI, data engineering, governance, and enterprise solution delivery.
