Contract Recruiter

We are looking for a high-performing recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Marketing and Sales hiring across CIS countries on a 6-month contract basis. This is a true 360 recruitment role. You will own roles end-to-end: from briefing and sourcing through to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer support. Speed, quality, and candidate experience matter equally here. The ideal recruiter is commercial, highly organised, and comfortable operating at pace, with proven experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto environments.
