Fractional Game Producer

Job Summary Exient is seeking an experienced and highly organised Fractional Game Producer to support our team on a remote, contract basis. We're ideally looking for someone based in the UK. In this role, you will manage game development projects across their lifecycle, from planning and production through to release and live operations, on a part-time basis of 20–25 hours per week. You'll work closely with our Malta-based cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and art, to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned producer who enjoys variety, works independently, and can make an immediate impact. You'll bring structure and momentum to our projects, building strong relationships internally and with our external partners, while keeping the flexibility of a contractor arrangement.
