The Value Builder Role at Exelab Exelab builds custom, AI-powered solutions, each one tailor-made to a client's specific business objective. We run every engagement like a small product effort: we start from a real problem and craft a solution to move a real metric (revenue, efficiency, conversion, retention). We work in small, tight teams, close to the client's business, and we use AI directly in how we design and build. What matters to us is the impact we create for clients. The Value Builder does what a Product Builder does, and leads a team while doing it. On our larger engagements, the ones that need a team, the Value Builder designs the solution, builds where it counts, and guides the small group that ships it. Working with our revenue team to shape the direction that creates value for the client, the Value Builder owns bringing it to life: on scope, on budget, on time, at quality. It is a builder's role first, with leadership alongside it, leading by doing and by clarity. Key Responsibilities The Value Builder owns the outcome of a larger engagement and leads the team that delivers it.
