GW Integration Lead

This is a remote position. Overview : We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead Developer with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading integrations across PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Guidewire integration frameworks, proven leadership in managing integration teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Development Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Guidewire applications and external systems (e.g., rating engines, payment gateways, CRM, ERP, document management). Develop and maintain SOAP/REST APIs, messaging services, batch processes, and plugins. Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. Technical Leadership Provide technical direction and mentorship to integration developers across PC, BC, and CC. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Guidewire standards. Collaborate with architects to define integration strategies and frameworks. Implementation & Support Drive end-to-end integration delivery across SDLC phases. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in production environments.
