About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to technically lead complex consulting and implementation initiatives involving enterprise financial, operational, and supply chain processes. In this role, you will design and guide Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, define functional and technical patterns, and support key decisions to ensure reliable, integrated, secure, and scalable ERP environments. Key Responsibilities Design complex solutions integrating ERP capabilities, business processes, and Dynamics 365 F&O configuration. Lead the discovery and analysis of financial, operational, and supply chain processes. Define patterns, controls, and standards across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Design and optimize procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and inventory processes. Establish strategies for reporting, master data, migrations, and enterprise integrations. Resolve complex technical and functional issues and lead root cause analysis. Optimize solutions for reliability, security, performance, automation, and cost efficiency. Evaluate alternatives and clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Lead technical reviews, solution validations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
